There is a very long pause on his end, almost as if he's debating going back, or simply leaving without saying a word. Old habits demand the latter, but new(er) habits at least speak up, so he does.]

It's... odd, to come face to face with an actual god- when the one supposed "god" back home is long gone, and his grandfather.
